For my PSC clients - Some changes for the New Year!

A new year brings some changes with Guy Friday Graphics. Beginning in February, 2010, I will no longer be billing my services through PSC . Any services performed before January 20, 2010 have been submitted to PSC for billing and will appear on your PSC bill as usual. Any work after that date will be billed directly to you. Invoices for any work done since that date will be emailed as an attached as a PDF file. If you need the Adobe PDF Reader, you can download it free from this address: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Please let me know:

- If this invoice should go to a different person or e-mail address
- If you would prefer receiving your invoice through US Post.
- If there are any questions concerning your invoice.

Of course if there are any problems with these changes in billing, be sure to let me know so we can work them out. I want to make sure that there are no interruptions of our work or confusion about your charges. You can e-mail me at msharer@guyfridaygraphics.com or call me at (812) 544-2971.

A few points of information:

1. My current rate of $50.00 / hour, billed in ¼ hour increments will stay the same.
2. My billing cycle will be monthly, billed on the first of the month, net 30.
3. Your bill will be delivered by e-mail to this e-mail address, as a PDF file (to make it easier for you to print out for your records), unless you specify a different e-mail address , or that you wish to receive paper billing by US Mail .
4. Please note that this in NO WAY affects your web site hosting services through PSC. Your hosting charges will still appear on your PSC bill. My bill will only be for web design/maintenance that you request directly from me.
5. Please make your checks payable to “Michael Sharer” – the lady at the bank seems confused by “Guy Friday Graphics”
